Until May 21st (for 3 weeks total), I am going to eat 1,600 calories a day. I used to binge at night, (which made me gain 17 pounds from last september until now), and not eat during the day slowed down my metabolic rate a LOT. Now I weigh 114 pounds at 5'3, and I want to go back to the way I was, (97 lbs), so to get there I'm going to eat 1,600 calories a day to trick my body into thinking it's being nourished, and then I'm going to gradually decrease my intake to 900 a day so that I will lose weight. Will this work?
