There has got to be a way to grow hair faster in a short period of time?

Ya ya Everyone says it's not possible and u can't buy anything that makes ur hair grow faster but someone has to have an experience of when there hair grew really fast in a short period of time and how they did it. For about a month or so i've been doing oil treatments, using nourishing shampoo and conditioner (mane n tale), trying not to wash my hair too often, stopped using heat and dying my hair, eating healthy and taking vitamins, and getting trims when I need them, and I'm not getting results I want. Please DONT give me all ur scientific mumbo jumbo I just wanna know if someone has had a good experience with something they did to make their hair grow faster.
