Right testicle Pain Help?

My right testicle is a little painful i have had this pain for about 3 days. Also before this i jacked off about 3-4 times in one day and it was sore but the next day i felt this light pain i have checked and i have no pain for lower back, no lumps, and my groin doesn't have any pain. BTW i am 14 Asian male Filipino also for now it is just dull and doesn't feel heavy what could this be and what should i do i already know if this gets worst to go to the doctor but has anyone experienced this before and what can i do to heal?
