Losing Weight, Gaining Muscle.. Good Dinner?

try some lean meats like turkey or venison. boiled chicken breasts is a diet that a lot of mma fighters i know use to keep fat out and still be in great shape. a good dinner would be boiled chicken with some vegetables and fruits. dont eat excessively and dont use too much condiments( ketchup mustard )
