Is this considered False Advertising?

This is not false advertising,sorry. They have a right under law to set expiration dates for special offers. However I believe this should have been stated earlier -- they seem to have changed the terms after the initial offer. You could check with the office of attorney general for your state. This is what they handle-- false claims or companies changing terms in a confusing way. Good luck
