Help my Right Testicle is in Pain?

My right testicle is a little painful i have had this pain for about 2 days. Also before this i jacked off about 3-4 times in one day and it was sore but the next day i felt this light pain i have checked and i have no pain for lower back, no lumps, and my groin doesn't have any pain. BTW i am 14 Asian male Filipino the pain is around 4-10 to 5-10 it hasn't reached I cant stand up pain our i am crying pain. I also have tried massaging my groin
