I need a healthy way to loose weight?
Wow! Sounds like a tough Grandma! Well...here's what I would suggest....keep eating the "served" food at home, but just eat half. That will cut down the calorie intake. When you can do something about it, such as school, eat healthy, whole foods, such as fruits, veggies, etc. Drink LOTS of water. I was taught that if you are drinking 64 oz a day, its like you are passing with a D-. 64oz is the minimum. It will be hard to do that at first, but make it a habit, especially this summer when you are not at school, and can drink whenever you want. Start building up you water intake. It is WONDERFUL at flushing fat out of your system. It will feel like you have to pee all the time...but its doing a great deal for your body. Hope this helps. Good luck with they boy!
