How is it possible for a perfect god to create perfect humans who immediately make imperfect choices?

The bible says God created humans. It doesn't say he perfected perfect humans. To answer your questions though, if the bible is right and IF he created humans, then he created humans with a free will, not robots. The bodies were perfect until they chose to go against his wishes and eat the fruit.
