this is the age you should eat well . reduce fatty items. eat food with proteins carbohydrates and food rich with fibre. skipping with rope is good jogging is good trunk bending is good set apart the legs as wide as possible and bend sideways to touch your leg each side and turn the other hand swiftly. it will reduce the fat on sides.
