HGH (Human Growth Hormone) available for someone my age?

I'm a 15 year old girl and 4'9''. My doctor said I have the potential to get as tall as 5'4''. Being depressed and staying indoors and not nourishing myself right has stunted my growth. I want to ask my doc about taking HGH. Am I old enough, would the side effects be severe, and is it effective/recommended for my age?
