Ezekiel 14:9. "If prophet be deceived when he hath spoken, I the God have deceived this prophet." Huh?

If you look at the story of the pharaoh of Egypt you will see that God only hardened the pharaohs heart after he refused to yield to God's will. And it is the same in the story that you are stating in that the prophet will be talking to someone or a people that are already wicked. What I am saying is the prophet is the instrument that God said (in this case) he would use as his tool to conduct his will. Meaning God sent this particular prophet for this very reason. Just as God said, (for the end times) He would send a great desception.
