Can someone nourish themselves with their own milk that they lactate?

If so, wouldn't this get rid of world hunger? All those women in these backwards, starving countries can just get pregnant and produce as much milk for themselves (and maybe some extra to sell and make money) as they can, and then abort the pregnancy, and do it over and over.
