I always wondered how I could stay at 110 pounds and eat 2,000 calories a day one year ago, and now I eat 600 calories a day at 114 and it makes me mad. So I’m going to eat when I’m hungry and see how it’s going. to lose this weight I need to trick my body into thinking I’m nourishing it after a year of not feeding it more than 700 a day. My metabolism was a good sport, but now it’s going south:/.Does this work? Will feeding myself 1,600 a day after only eating a small amount of food make my metabolism go faster so I can restrict in a couple of weeks? I've gained a pound since starting this diet about 5 days ago
